Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions between you (“The referrer” or “You”) and Jumar Solutions Limited (“Us” or “Jumar”) concerning the Jumar Referral Scheme (“Scheme” or “Referral Network”)

  1. The Referral Scheme is available to everyone excluding Jumar employees.
  2. You must be 18 years or older to be part of the Scheme.
  3. You agree to Us storing and processing the following data for the purpose of this scheme:
    • Your name
    • Your email address
    • Your mobile phone number
  4. Any information You supply to Jumar regarding potential candidates will be done in good faith, and with the reasonable expectation by that person that Jumar can contact them.
  5. Jumar will process that individual’s data in line with its data processing notice and will deem Your introduction as being a legitimate interest to make first contact.
  6. Jumar will store the data You provide securely within its existing systems and will not supply or sell it to third parties – other than to mention your name to those you have referred.
  7. You have the right to opt-out of the scheme contacting us at any time. Jumar may contact You to discuss your choice to opt out. Nothing in this agreement supersedes your rights under the General Data Processing Regulations.
  8. To be eligible for the incentive bonus, The Referrer must refer a candidate to Jumar for a specific role. Jumar must not already be in communication with that candidate regarding that role.
  9. A referral will be deemed successful when a referred contact commences an assignment with a minimum initial period of 13 weeks.
  10. For a referral to be successful it must be made through the website referral form including the reference number for the specific role.
  11. Referrers are not valid for self-referral.
  12. For each successful referral, Jumar will provide a reward to the Referrer, subject to Jumar receiving its full, self-sourced, contractual margin for the role being placed.
  13. Following the referral, Jumar will confirm when the referred person commences their assignment, at which point an invoice can be raised. The referral fee will be paid following receipt of an invoice.
  14. Jumar reserves the right to cease the Referral Scheme or change the bonus scheme at any time without prior notice.
