We pride ourselves on delivering quality services in a consistent and structured manner. We have clear objectives for each area of the business and monitor progress against those objectives using a variety of tools like KPI, regular internal and external audits and customer satisfaction surveys.
The main aim is to achieve continuous improvement and learn each and every day as to how we can serve our clients and candidates beter.

ISO 27001
In this day and age, where cyber incidents almost make daily news headlines, we feel it is important that there is a focus within the organisation on ensuring that our IT environment is safe and the data that we hold is kept confidential, is accurate and is available when needed.
Focus is very much on minimising the risk of disruption due to cyber incidents and to ensure that if something does happen, we are prepared and can ensure an uninterrupted service to our clients.
We have been ISO 27001 certified since the beginning of 2019.
ISO 14001
As an office based company providing services, our environmental impact is not that big, but we still feel strongly that our impact is kept to a minimum and that we adhere to all environmental regulations. ISO 14001 helps to ensure this, as does our commitment to carbon reduction and net zero.

Cyber Essentials Plus is a UK based certification scheme to which verifies our adherence to essential security measures through independent testing of our defences.
