Jumar is delighted to have been shortlisted in the Best Candidate Care category at this year’s Recruiter Awards, the UK’s most prestigious honours in recruitment. The Best Candidate Care category recognises outstanding creativity, effectiveness and responsiveness, market insight, innovation and service by recruitment firms in providing exemplary care and treatment of candidates and applicants.

Being shortlisted for this award highlights the hard work and dedication of our team in supporting our candidates and contractors as they progress through their careers. This support results in candidates overcoming any doubts they have about a role, business or process, and enables us to place candidates in roles that truly match their career aspirations. We offer continued support to candidates throughout their careers, often placing them on multiple occasions as they return to us time and again. An open-door policy with contractors – reinforced by a regular onsite presence – drives strong relationships between us and our contractors as well as providing a deeper understanding of individual needs.

Candidate satisfaction and continuous improvement are embedded in our culture. We regularly gather feedback through our NPS survey. More than 90% of those surveyed last year would recommend us to others.
